Linear

Workspace app install, project-level imports, and Linear's real workflow states.

Linear connects as a workspace app: Install Peractor for Linear authorizes once for the whole workspace, and write-backs post as "Peractor" — not as whoever clicked install.

  • Import unit: a Linear project (the team shows as a badge on each row). Every issue imports, in every state.
  • The richest status model: Linear's real workflow states, typed (unstarted / started / completed) and ordered, become the task's columns. Automation references them by name: "<connector>:In Progress".
  • Full field sync: title, description, state, priority (Linear's 0–4 maps straight onto Peractor's scale), assignee, labels — continuously, both before and during runs.
  • Instant updates via webhook, with the 30-second poll as backstop.
  • Artifacts render inline: published screenshots upload into the issue comment itself.

Disconnecting from the tracker's rail row removes the workspace token and this project's imports; other projects keep their own.

Linear is also a sign-in provider — reviewers can Continue with Linear, and approver policies can name Linear identities.
